We currently have 7 different flavours of pepperoni… and everyone has their favourite!
all our are pepperonis are made right in our shop. They put the pork through a grinder, then into a bowl cutter. They add in all the spices by hand and mix it together before it goes into the stuffier. After it\u2019s in the casing, it will rest in the cooler for 24 hours.
Then into the smoker it goes!
The pepperonis are sold by weight right in front of our customers as they come in and order.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
Choices to choose from: Ham Sausage, Fine Garlic Sausage, and Damn Gouda Sausage.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u2022 These pork baby back ribs have been hand seasoned and then put into our smoker for 6 hours! They are fully cooked, all you need to do is take them home and warm them on your grill (or in the oven) and pretend that you did all the work yourself!!
\u2022 Heat on your grill on a low temperature for 20 minutes (or until desired crispness is achieved) or heat in your oven, wrapped in tinfoil, at 250C for 2 hours or so. It\u2019s up to you!
